Aligned Vision publishes three prices for filming an event. Standard coverage is £450, the Professional package is £850 and Complete production is £1500. They differ in hours on site, the size of the crew and the level of editing. This post sets out what each package includes, as listed on our event coverage page, and the terms that apply to all of them.
Standard coverage, £450
- Four hours of filming
- One camera operator
- Basic editing included
Four hours suits a single service, an evening event, a launch or a seminar. With one person filming, it works best when most of what matters happens in one place, such as a stage or a pulpit.
Professional package, £850
- Eight hours of coverage
- Two camera operators
- Full colour grading
A second operator means one person can stay on the speaker while the other covers the room, the worship team or people arriving. Eight hours fits a conference day with morning and afternoon sessions. Full colour grading gives the footage a consistent look across both cameras.
Complete production, £1500
- Full day coverage
- Three camera team
- Professional editing suite
- Multi-angle cinematography
This is the package for a full-day conference, a concert or worship night with a band on stage, or any event where you want the finished film cut from several angles. Our help centre says that for larger venues or events with more than one stage, the crew is scaled up to match.
Choosing between them
Start with the length of the event, including arrivals and any moments before the programme starts that you want filmed. Then think about where the action is. If everything happens on one stage, one operator can cover it. If you want the stage and the room, or a speaker and the reaction to them, you need at least two.
If you are unsure, send your running order with your enquiry and ask which package fits. Our post on questions to ask a videographer before you book covers what else to check.
What you receive
Our help centre lists the deliverables. Depending on your package, these can include:
- a full event film of 5 to 20 minutes
- a highlights reel of 1 to 3 minutes, cut for social media
- short vertical clips for Reels and TikTok
Everything is sent by private download link within 7 to 10 business days. Not every package includes every item, so confirm what is in your quote. For more on short edits, read our guide to event highlight videos.
Adding a live stream
Event coverage includes live streaming capability, so people who can’t attend can watch. Live streaming packages are priced separately on our live streaming page:
- Essential streaming, £500
- Professional streaming, £1000
- Broadcast Stream, £3000
Each one lists its own crew, camera angles and hours. Broadcast Stream also includes a full event recording and a short highlight edit of 2 to 3 minutes. If you want a stream and a finished film of the same event, ask about both in one enquiry.
Using the footage
The help centre says all delivered footage comes with full commercial usage rights for online platforms, broadcast and promotional use. That covers your own channels as well as adverts for future events.
Aligned Vision keeps the right to include the project in its portfolio, unless a confidentiality agreement is signed at booking. If the event is private or sensitive, raise this when you book.
Booking and payment terms
These come from the booking and billing section of the help centre.
- How booking works: you contact us, we hold a discovery call to agree scope and dates, and a quote and contract follow within 48 hours. A deposit secures the date, then pre-production starts.
- Deposit: 50% confirms your date. The other 50% is due 48 hours before the shoot.
- Payment methods: bank transfer (BACS), PayPal and major debit or credit cards through Stripe.
- Cancellation: cancel more than 14 days before and the deposit is refunded minus a £50 admin fee. Cancel within 14 days and the deposit is kept.
- Rescheduling: one free reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice. Moving the date with less than 7 days’ notice costs £100.
- Contract: every project has a service agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, usage rights and payment, signed through DocuSign.
For larger projects, the help centre says flexible payment can be discussed on a case-by-case basis during the discovery call.
Planning the day
Once you’ve chosen a package, the crew needs a running order and a list of moments you can’t miss. Our conference filming checklist sets out what to prepare. When you’re ready, contact us with your date, venue and the package you’re considering.
