Terms of Service
The terms for using this website, sending us enquiries and buying from the AV Store.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Who we are
This website and the AV Store are run by Aligned Vision Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14011833. Our registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.
You can contact us by email at info@alignedvisionmedia.co.uk or by phone on +44 7506 416602.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of alignedvisionmedia.co.uk. By using the website you accept them. If you buy from the AV Store, the store sections below and the licence also apply to your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Using the website
You are welcome to browse the website, watch our videos and share links to our pages.
The videos, photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Aligned Vision Ltd or to the artists and partners we work with. Please do not copy, download, edit or republish them without written permission, except where the law allows you to.
You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with how it works, or sending spam or harmful material through our forms.
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or available without interruption. Links to other websites, such as Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and Calendly, are there for your convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings
Sending us a message through our forms or by email does not create a contract and does not commit you to anything.
If you want us to work on a project, such as a music video, content creation, event coverage or a live stream, we will discuss it with you and then send you a quote. Each project is agreed separately in a written service agreement that covers scope, deliverables, timelines, usage rights and payment terms. That agreement governs the project and takes priority over these terms. Our Help Centre explains how booking works.
Sending a submission to Top Up, The Upper Room, Cornerstone or LIVESTYLE does not guarantee that you will be featured. We consider every submission and contact the artists we would like to feature to agree the details. Only send us material that you have the right to share.
Buying from the AV Store
What we sell
The AV Store sells digital products, such as title packs and Photoshop templates, which you download after paying. Each product page describes what is included and the software you need to use it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Aligned Vision Ltd is not registered for VAT, so we do not charge VAT. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
Payment is taken by Stripe through Stripe Checkout, and your card details go to Stripe only. Our contract with you is made when your payment is confirmed.
Receiving your files
Our products are digital downloads, so there is nothing to post. After you pay, Stripe takes you back to our order confirmation page, where you can download your files straight away.
Stripe also emails you a receipt that confirms your order. It shows what you bought and the price, repeats the wording you agreed to at checkout, says which software the files work with and gives our company and contact details. It also includes a link to your own download page, where you can download the files again later. The link stops working if we refund your order in full. Anyone who has the link can download your files, so keep it to yourself.
If you lose your receipt email, email info@alignedvisionmedia.co.uk from the address you used at checkout and we will send your receipt again. If you have any other trouble downloading your files, email us and we will help.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can normally cancel a contract for digital content within 14 days after the day you buy it, without giving a reason (regulation 29 and regulation 30).
Because our products are downloads, we ask for your agreement at checkout before you pay. You tick a box to say that you want the download to start straight away and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once it starts. We confirm this in your receipt email (regulation 16). Once your download has started, you can no longer cancel (regulation 37).
If you cancel within the 14 days and you did not give that agreement, or we did not confirm it to you, you do not have to pay for the content (regulation 37) and we will refund you in full. To cancel, email info@alignedvisionmedia.co.uk with your order details.
If there is a problem with your product
If a file is faulty or won’t open, email info@alignedvisionmedia.co.uk with your order details and a description of the problem. We will fix it or refund you. This applies after you have downloaded the files too.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content you buy from us must be of satisfactory quality (section 34), fit for any particular purpose you told us about before buying (section 35) and as described (section 36).
If a product does not meet these standards, you can ask us to repair or replace it (section 43). If that is impossible, or we do not do it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you can ask for a price reduction, which may be a full refund (section 44). We will pay any refund within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to it.
If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content, and this would not have happened if we had used reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you (section 46).
Using what you buy
The licence below sets out what you can and cannot do with the files. The same licence is included in your download.
Licence for The Care Package (VOL.1)
Dated 8 October 2026.
Who this licence is from
This licence is from Aligned Vision Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14011833. Our registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. You can contact us at info@alignedvisionmedia.co.uk or on +44 7506 416602.
The licence applies when you buy The Care Package (VOL.1) from the AV Store. “You” means the buyer. The buyer can be one person or one business.
What is in the pack
- PHOTOSHOP.zip: 10 layered Photoshop (.PSD) title templates
- PREVIEWS.zip: JPEG and PNG previews of the 10 titles
- ASSETS.zip: icons, 4K and HD badges, advisory labels, rating marks and company logos
- FONTS.zip: the fonts used in the templates, made by other type designers
- Read Me.pdf: what is in the pack and how to install the fonts
- Licence.pdf: this licence
In this licence, “the templates” means the PSD files, the previews and the files in ASSETS.zip, except the logos and marks of other companies and organisations described below.
What you can do
- Use the templates in as many personal and commercial video projects as you like, for yourself and for your clients. This includes music videos, lyric videos, promos, social content and church media.
- Edit, recolour and change the templates to suit each project.
- Deliver the videos and images you render or export from the templates to your clients.
If you bought the pack for a business, people working for that business can use it for the business’s projects.
What you cannot do
- Resell, share, give away, upload or redistribute any of the files in the pack. This applies to the original files and to files you have edited.
- Include the template files, or edited versions of them, in other templates, packs or products.
- Let any other person or business use the template files. They need to buy their own copy.
- Share the download link from your receipt email. Anyone who has the link can download the pack.
Fonts
The fonts in FONTS.zip were made by other type designers. They belong to their makers and are covered by their own licences, not by this one. You must not share or pass on the font files.
Some fonts come with their own licence or read me file, which you will find with the font:
- Alphakind: More Info.txt and Khurasan Read Me.pdf
- Baron Neue: Baron Personal_EULA_license.pdf
- Boldstrom: readme.docx
- Helvetica Diagonal BQ: readme.html
- Kenyan Coffee: Typodermic Desktop EULA 2023.pdf and read-this.html
- Mowllnew: READ ME FIRST! - AldeDesign.txt
- Octin Sports Free Regular: readme.html
- Octuple max: deFharo-FREE_FOR_PERSONAL_USE_ONLY.pdf
- Spy Agency: readme.txt
- Usuzi: usuzi.txt
The files for Baron Neue, Boldstrom, Mowllnew, Octuple max and Usuzi say these fonts are free for personal or non-commercial use only, and that commercial use needs a licence from the maker. Fonts not in this list come with no licence or read me file. Before you use a font in paid or client work, check its licence with its maker. If the licence does not cover your project, buy a licence from the maker or swap the font for one you are licensed to use.
Logos and marks in ASSETS.zip
ASSETS.zip includes logos and marks that belong to other companies and organisations, such as the ARRI, Dolby, DTS, Kodak, Panavision and Sony logos, the ESRB rating mark and the Parental Advisory label. Aligned Vision Ltd does not own them, and this licence does not give you any right to use them. Check that you have permission before you use one in a project.
Ownership
You are buying a licence to use the pack. You do not become the owner of the templates. Aligned Vision Ltd keeps the copyright and all other rights it has in the templates.
If your order is refunded
If we refund your order in full, this licence ends. You must then stop using the templates and delete your copies of the files.
If you break this licence
If you break any term of this licence, the licence ends. You must then stop using the templates and delete your copies of the files.
Law
This licence is governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in it affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Questions
If you are not sure whether a use is allowed, email info@alignedvisionmedia.co.uk before you start.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products you buy.
Governing law
These terms, and any contract you make with us through the AV Store, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live (section 15B of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order, and the date at the top shows when the terms last changed.
