Music Video Production

Our process runs in four clear stages: Discovery — Pre-Production — Shoot — Post-Production.

Discovery: We align on your vision, genre, budget, and timeline, and review reference videos you love.

Pre-Production: We write a full creative treatment, scout locations, arrange cast, and build a shot list and call sheet.

Shoot: Our crew arrives fully equipped and works through the shot list efficiently while staying open to creative moments.

Post-Production: Editing, colour grading, and any visual effects are completed before we share a private review link. Revisions are consolidated before final delivery.
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from the final shoot day, covering the full edit, colour grade, and revision rounds.

If you have a label deadline or release date, let us know upfront. Rush delivery (3–5 days) is available for an additional fee — ask about availability when booking.
We shoot on cinema-grade cameras (Sony FX series, Canon Cinema EOS, and RED depending on scope). Our kit includes professional stabilisation (gimbal, steadicam, sliders), cinema lenses, and a full lighting package.

Specific requirements such as 4K, 120fps slow-motion, or drone aerials should be mentioned on the discovery call and we'll confirm gear accordingly.
Both approaches work. If you have a clear vision, we'll execute and elevate it. If you're starting fresh, our creative team will pitch a full treatment based on your music, aesthetic, and goals.

Sharing 3–5 reference videos you connect with helps us calibrate style, colour palette, and mood quickly.
Yes. We have an established roster of models, actors, and extras we work with regularly, and handle location scouting and permitting. Any third-party talent or location fees are quoted separately and require your approval before booking.
Standard delivery is an H.264 MP4 (1080p or 4K) optimised for YouTube, Apple Music, Tidal, and social platforms. ProRes master files are available on request for label distribution or future re-edits.
Yes — lyric videos and audio visualisers are available as standalone packages or as add-ons to a full music video production. They're a strong option for content between major video releases.
All music video packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Each round is based on consolidated feedback submitted via our revision form. Additional rounds are available at £150 per round.

Content Creation

Packages vary by tier but typically include a half or full-day shoot, edited short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts), portrait and lifestyle photography, and platform-optimised edits.

Monthly retainers are available for artists and brands who need a consistent content calendar.
Yes — all three and more. We deliver in the correct aspect ratios for each platform: 9:16 vertical for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts; 1:1 for feed posts; and 16:9 for YouTube. Just tell us where you're posting and we'll handle formatting.
Photos are delivered within 3–5 business days. Video content within 5–7 business days. Retainer clients receive content on an agreed weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
Yes — as part of our premium content packages. We provide a content calendar, caption copywriting, hashtag research, and posting schedules aligned to peak engagement windows. This is included in monthly retainer plans.
Absolutely. We work with brands, startups, hospitality businesses, and independent artists alike. Whether you need product showcase videos, brand storytelling, or promotional content, we adapt our approach to your industry and audience.
We send a pre-shoot checklist in advance, but in general: prepare 2–4 outfit changes, reference photos for your desired style, any relevant props, and an idea of 3–5 shot types you'd love. Specific references lead to better results.
All content is delivered via a private Google Drive or WeTransfer link, organised by platform and format. Files are high-resolution and ready to upload — no resizing or re-exporting required.

Live Streaming

We support simultaneous streaming to YouTube, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Twitch, LinkedIn, and custom RTMP destinations. Multi-platform streaming runs via dedicated broadcast hardware and software.
Up to 1080p 60fps, subject to platform limits and connection quality. For venue-based productions, we bring a dedicated 4G/5G bonded connection to ensure reliability regardless of venue Wi-Fi.
Yes. Our standard live package includes a 3-camera setup with live switching, graphics overlays, lower thirds, and branded intro/outro animations. Productions requiring 5+ cameras are available — contact us for a bespoke quote.
Yes — all productions are simultaneously recorded locally at full quality. You receive the raw recording and an edited highlight cut within 5 business days. Included in all standard packages.
We recommend at least 2–4 weeks in advance for planning, technical walkthroughs, and equipment prep. For large-scale events such as festivals or award shows, 6–8 weeks is preferred.
Yes. A dedicated audio engineer handles sound desk feeds, microphone placement, and real-time audio mixing for the stream. Your audience hears clean, balanced audio — not just room ambience.

Event Coverage

We cover concerts, gigs, album launches, brand activations, corporate conferences, award ceremonies, fashion shows, club nights, and private events. If you're unsure whether your event fits, reach out — we're flexible.
Depending on your package: a full event film (5–20 mins), a highlights reel (1–3 mins) cut for social media, short vertical clips for Reels and TikTok, and an edited photo gallery. Delivered via private download link within 7–10 business days.
A standard event package includes 2 videographers and 1 photographer. For larger venues or multi-stage events, we scale the crew accordingly. All crew are briefed with a shot list before arrival.
For most events, a detailed venue plan or brief call with your event manager is sufficient. We liaise with the venue in advance. For complex productions, a site visit is recommended and can be arranged as part of pre-production.
This is one of our specialisms. We use high-sensitivity cinema cameras and fast lenses built for low-light environments — no intrusive on-camera lights that disrupt the atmosphere. The result is cinematic, not blown-out.
Yes. All delivered footage grants you full commercial usage rights for online platforms, broadcast, and promotional use. We retain the right to include the project in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed at booking.

Artist Management

We provide: brand strategy and identity development, booking and show negotiation, content and release planning, social media growth strategy, industry introductions, and day-to-day career coordination. We operate as a true extension of your team.
Primarily — rappers, singers, producers, DJs, and bands — but we also work with content creators and influencers building a commercial career. If you're a creative professional growing a brand, reach out.

Commission is negotiated per-artist, typically 15–20% of gross income generated through management activities. We don't charge upfront fees — our success is tied to yours. All terms are formalised in a management agreement before we begin.
Yes. We coordinate with PR firms, playlist curators, radio pluggers, and editorial networks to support releases. For managed artists, release campaigns are handled end-to-end. One-off campaign consulting is available separately.

Booking & Billing

1. Contact us via email or the booking form on our site.
2. Discovery call — we align on scope, dates, and creative direction.
3. Quote and contract sent within 48 hours.
4. Deposit paid to secure your date.
5. Pre-production begins.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your shoot date. The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before the shoot. Retainer clients are invoiced at the start of each month.
We accept bank transfer (BACS), PayPal, and major debit/credit cards via Stripe. Payment details and a secure link are included with every invoice.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the shoot receive a full deposit refund minus a £50 admin fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. If Aligned Vision cancels for any reason, a full refund is issued immediately.
One free reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days' notice. Rescheduling within 7 days incurs a £100 fee, as crew and equipment will have been confirmed.
Flexible payment structures can be discussed on a case-by-case basis for larger projects. Raise this during your discovery call and we'll find a workable arrangement.
Yes. Every project comes with a service agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and payment terms. Contracts are sent digitally and signed via DocuSign.
